How MeetingMade Works

MeetingMade is so easy to use that anyone can schedule meetings between small or large groups.

Meeting Organizers:

First, you enter the meeting details, then add the people that you want to attend, set their precedence, set your available time, and then send the meeting request. Once the Participants have responded, your job is to confirm the details and send out the meeting notification.

Meeting Participants:

Once you receive a MeetingMade invitation, simply click on the link to take you to the MeetingMade Calendar where you use your mouse to select your ideal available times, and then submit. Anyone can be a participant; you don't need to hold an account to be included.
